As a Financial Planner within the Planning Support team, you be
focused on engaging with Financial Representatives and clients to
develop and deliver financial plans, including data collection,
plan development and presentation of the findings and
recommendations. In addition, you will support the planning tools,
techniques and strategies, working with our Agency force, to drive
engagement. at COUNTRY Financial,

This position functions as a centralized support center regarding
financial planning for Wealth Management staff such as Wealth
Services, Product Support, etc., financial representatives and
financial specialists. Develops, consults and presents findings on
comprehensive, integrated, multigenerational wealth management
strategic plans for the client's portfolio. Duties include
providing sophisticated estate and personal financial planning
technical support to the Wealth Management Specialists; focusing on
resolution of non-estate planning issues; and overseeing qualified
and nonqualified retirement plans, employee stock options,
investment analysis, and income tax planning.
- Analyzes individual and business financial needs, makes
recommendations, and develops comprehensive and the more complex
financial plans in the following areas: advanced estate planning,
retirement planning, retirement distribution planning, asset
allocation, investment portfolio analysis, education funding,
survivor needs, disability needs, long-term care, debt management,
legal issue identification, tax planning and business continuation.
Meets with clients, prospects, financial representatives and
financial specialists to conduct financial planning.
- Provides support for financial planning tools and software used
by Wealth Management and field staff, including financial
representatives and financial specialists. Drives engagement,
monitors, evaluates, promotes and enhances financial planning
software and strategies used by home office and field personnel,
including financial representatives. Conducts financial planning
software testing, facilitates implementation and provides technical
support for systems and software.

- Assists Wealth Management, Financial Specialists, financial
representatives and others in addressing the more complex client
and prospect questions, situations and potential solutions.
- CFP, or CLU & ChFC
- Series 6, 63, Life/health insurance license
- Financial Planning and client meeting experience
- Training and public speaking experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of financial
services/insurance industry experience OR,
- Master's degree and no experience OR,
- At least 4 years of financial services/insurance industry
- Normal office environment.
- Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs
