Job Description:
Job Description In-office liaison for hybrid consultants and
internal vendors. Minimum of 20 hours per week Key
Responsibilities: --- Physical Office Space Maintenance/Management:
this includes but is not limited to operating office machines, such
as printers, photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and
personal computers; maintaining office space to keep it clean, safe
and comfortable; managing documentation and supplies, particularly
in preparation for meetings or client travel; manage basic
bookkeeping and run local errands as needed. --- Reception: this
includes but is not limited to answering telephones, directing
calls, accepting deliveries and taking messages; as well as
communicating with clients, employees, and other vendors. ---
Technology/Vendor Administration: serve as first line of contact
with vendors, particularly with technology troubleshooting
Qualifications and Experience: --- Some office/administrative
experience preferred --- Valid driver---s license and clean MVR
background check required --- Knowledge of administrative and
office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing
files and records, transcription, designing forms, and workplace
terminology --- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook --- Service oriented and an
effective relationship builder, both internally and with external
project partners --- Strong organizational skills, able to work
independently, multi-task, and manage project timelines ---
Reliable and trustworthy, with a ---can-do--- attitude, and a
commitment to Hile Group values --- Must be comfortable working
