Randstad has partnered with a great company here in Normal, IL to find several of these people to work on a temp to hire basis!Responsibilities:As a part of our team, you will provide back-end support for the company's collection efforts by:?? Sending outgoing correspondences to clients, claimants, and insureds?? Uploading and directing incoming claims to the appropriate department?? Analyzing and interpreting claim data?? Certifying state license and registration suspensions?? Investigating insurance coverage on files?? Reviewing proof of payment for claims?? Updating claims to maintain record accuracyWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:
