  • Opportunities for advancementResponsibilities:The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are:
    • Develop and implement a marketing and merchandising plan.
    • Effectively promote business growth, branding, and customer service goals.
    • Create and deliver marketing and recruiting materials.
    • Manage CIT Truck's social media presence on all applicable platforms.
    • Manage, maintain, and oversee the company website.
    • Direct the promotion of products and services CIT Trucks offers through electronic communications, traditional ads, public events, and other marketing channels.
    • Manage the effective creation and implementation of e-mail campaigns to sourcing additional customer leads.
    • Manage the creation, delivery, and response of direct mail campaigns, mass media print, and digital advertising.
    • Create and maintain marketing content for the company's digital display network.
    • Oversee the production of company video and photography.
    • Manage the inventory of promotional materials used by our sales teams and company recruiters.
    • Assist in the planning, hosting, and budget tracking of company and customer events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Track and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns.
    • Implement effective marketing plans determined by individual department needs.
    • Oversee and develop the employee e-newsletter and maintain content on the internal company intranet.
    • Manage company press releases and maintain local and industry media relations content and contacts.
    • Create and distribute customer surveys. Summarize, analyze, and report results to company management.
    • Manage the truck inventory process including, input, accuracy and advertising of all current inventory.
    • Assist in the finishes and furnishing for new and re-modeled company facilities including signage, merchandising, and other related responsibilities.
    • Research industry related trends, product developments, and competitive marketing strategies.
    • Maintain CIT's customer database to ensure current and potential customer records are accurate and updated.
    • Complete an annual marketing department business plan and budget.
    • Appraise employee performance through coachings, reviews, and evaluations as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources to interview, screen, and hire employees.
    • Review and appraise the results of activities within the department and take appropriate action as necessary.
    • Maintain appropriate communication within and between all departments and customers.
    • Develop employees and identify career advancement opportunities.
    • Advise direct reports on techniques and approaches through coaching, troubleshooting, or teaching practices.
    • Advise and assist department with various tasks.
    • Coordinate with others to troubleshoot as necessary.Qualifications:The qualifications for the Marketing Coordinators are:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing or Communications related field
      • 2-5 years of experience in a professional environment focused on marketing or customer relations preferred
      • Ability to conduct self in professional manner in appearance and communication
      • Knowledge of and ability to use graphic designing programs
      • Confident and outgoing personality
      • Ability to work with a team as well as individually
      • Excellent attention to detail
