compassionate Special Education Teacher for a local school district
for the20252026 school year. Required Skills and Qualifications: -
Illinois (IL): Current IL PEL (Professional Educator License) with
LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) Endorsement Job
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) tailored to each students specific needs and
abilities. - Adapt general education lessons and teach various
subjects to students with mild to severe disabilities. -
Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and
parents to support student success and inclusion. - Monitor student
progress, assess developmental levels, and maintain accurate
records and reports. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe
classroom environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
