Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in facility management and
maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVACR Technician to join
their team. As a Mobile HVACR Technician , you will be an essential
part of the operations supporting facility maintenance and
engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVACR Technician Location: Champaign, IL Pay
Range: $33-$36/hr. What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain
HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and
production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal
performance and longevity. Perform routine inspections and repairs
on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring,
fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems. Troubleshoot and repair
facility equipment across HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring
energy efficiency and safety standards are met. Maintain detailed
records of maintenance activities, repairs, and operational
experiences to anticipate future needs and minimize downtime.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management,
update work statuses in real-time, and submit daily P-card
receipts. What's Needed? Universal EPA certification. Minimum of
four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering,
with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production
equipment maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills in commercial
refrigeration and refrigeration systems. Valid state driver’s
license and the ability to perform call-in work as required.
Ability to study and familiarize oneself with various equipment and
operational methods to ensure proper maintenance and repair. What's
