Maybe it's time to consider professional Interim Consulting!Our experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) position is a flexible, project-based role that performs a wide range of professional consulting to our long term care clients throughout the state. Our Consultants are paid hourly and may be eligible to participate in a rich benefit package that includes PTO and a 401K.Salary Range: $40-$50 hour DOQInterim Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:

• Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
• Identify training needs; plan and conduct training/in-services as requested
• Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
• Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
• Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulationsInterim Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse(RN) Qualifications:
  • Must have current RN license in state
  • Completed COVID Vaccination
  • Must have three years of RN Management skills (preferably) in long term care
  • Excellent leadership, communication and customer service orientation
