trials and improve outcomes.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Demand Generation to
lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic
thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing
successful demand generation programs. This role is pivotal in
driving our growth by generating high-quality leads, increasing
brand awareness, and optimizing our marketing funnel.Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy
to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of demand generation professionals,
providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target
accounts, messaging, and campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize
campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and management of multi-channel marketing
campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content
marketing, social media, and events.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target
key accounts and drive engagement.
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and
report on campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing
campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement and
conversions.
- Lead a high-performing demand generation team, providing
guidance, mentorship, and professional development
opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer insights to inform demand generation strategies and
tactics.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing demand generation
strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS
and Life Sciences industries.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM
systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
