Job Description:
Starting February 1, 2021 Every Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
***Schedule is in office, clinic only, no call. No holidays.***
Normal IL (two hours South of Chicago) Board certification is
family medicine, internal medicine or wound medicine. Active IL
license Patient Population: 60% Adult, 39% Geriatrics, 1% Pediatric
Average Number of Cases per day (patients, Inpatients, follow-ups,
etc.): 20 patients average in office Support staff: 4 RNs, 1
secretary and 1 tech, HBO tech if hyperbarics Clinic only. Fridays
primarily. Other days if needed. Procedures Required: Hyperbaric
Chamber Wound Debridement Reason for the Locum Need: Permanent
physician for Fridays has not started yet. EMR System: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days Keyphrases: hyperbaric jobs,
