Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team of
5 Physicians and 10 CRNAs in Normal IL. about 50 minutes from
Springfield, IL.
Procedures: General B&B, OB volume 1,800 per year,
Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Davinci Robotic Surgery,
Regionals, Peds - health usually over 1-2 years old, Stroke Center
of Excellence. Details:Level 2 Trauma, light cardiac volume
(typically less than 50 per year), All physicians do hearts, share
call equally. Call: 1:5 Home call-ideally less than 20 min (maximum
30 min) response time, Calls in-house only if OB epidurals running
Compensation: 400K first year, only 1 year partnership track,
Sign-on Bonus $25K (would need to be paid back, prorated, if left
before 2 years) Benefits: Malpractice-occurrence policy with
Medical Protective, Medical-family 80/20 (80% paid by employer),
Dental for children, LTD/STD, HAS ($5K for family plan or $2,500
for individual), 401K-plus 1 year to qualify for match (additional
$37K/year paid by company), Relocation amount negotiable, CME
$7,500 stipend, 1 week PTO, 8 weeks' vacation. Keyphrases:
