Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: --- 36 months of role
experience is required. --- 36 months of Cardiac Transitional Care
Unit experience is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have
a Illinois license in hand at the time of application. --- This
role may require floating to additional units and locations ---
Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in
order to be eligible to apply for this role. --- Flu vaccination
required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations
accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Details: Weekend and Holiday Shifts: Rotation Supplier Employees
assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to
float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital,
Carle Health Pekin Hospital and/ or Carle Health Proctor Hospital.
The Carle Leader will notify the worker directly when there is a
need to float between locations. ASN required, BSN preferred
Maximum days off: 7 days Proof of identification required
Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support)
