Registered Nurse - ICU @ Decatur Memorial Hospital Shift: Night
3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30) LSI21452 Requirements Active IL license
required. Minimum 2 years' experience required. Certs: ACLS, BLC,
NIH required. Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
