Job Description Job Description Quick job details: Location: Mattoon, IL Specialty/Setting: Psychiatry - Outpatient Start Date: 60-90 Days Support: 2 Physicians and 3 APPs Call: No after hour call Other Info: We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist’s future retirement She sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs. The clinic is slated to move to a newly renovated space 5 minutes from the hospital campus this summer 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management Compensation: $330,000 base salary Bonus based on RVU production Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary Benefits: Full Benefits $40,000 Sign-on bonus $30,000 total retention bonus $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 33 days of PTO 5 days $6,000 CME annually Malpractice with tail included at no cost Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability 403b with employer match About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
