This role offers an opportunity to provide Occupational Therapy services within school settings in Peoria, IL, supporting students' developmental and educational goals. The position requires flexibility to travel between various school locations, ensuring comprehensive care and support for the student population. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student progress. Provide direct therapy services addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure appropriate for the state. Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel between multiple school locations as required.
