Job Description & Requirements Interim Cardiac and EP Manager StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $160000.00 - $170000.00 Interim Cardiac and EP Manager Needed in Illinois! The Position - An Interim Cardiac and EP Manager is needed to stabilize operations, strengthen clinical excellence, and rebuild a culture of accountability and patient safety across the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology departments. - Reporting to the Cardiology Director, this leader will oversee 34 FTEs across six labs. - Key responsibilities include stabilizing staffing and reducing turnover, elevating clinical excellence and patient safety reporting practices, strengthening competency validation and cross-training programs, addressing educational gaps, and rebuilding a collaborative, accountable department culture. - The ideal candidate will have strong Cath Lab and Electrophysiology leadership experience, demonstrated success transforming team culture, and the ability to step in clinically during high-acuity situations. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - BSN required; Master's degree preferred. - Active Illinois RN license required. - Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology required; extensive hands-on Cath and EP clinical expertise required. Pay Details - Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
