Participate in patient and family health education with a focus on achieving the best outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on data outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate medical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Time management and the ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
