Eye Department RN team is a group of 6 highly motivated and
supportive RNs. Our RNs support 7 Ophthalmologists, 5 Optometrists,
and work closely with a diverse mix of skillsets throughout the Eye
department. On this team, you are guaranteed to learn, grow, and
feel welcome! Utilizing innovative clinical research, cutting-edge
technologies, and advanced treatments, we are committed to
providing world-class Eye care. The Ambulatory Nurse utilizes a
systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment,
planning, implementation, and evaluation in the practice of
nursing. Provides healthcare to individuals, families, and
communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the

Provides and facilitates competent health care of patients and
families in area of practice. Ensures adherence to established

the development of other staff and healthcare students.Provides

For more information: Compensation and Benefits The compensation
range for this position is $30.39per hour - $52.27per hour. This
represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at
the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation
offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors
including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience,
qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and
