Details and requirements for this opportunity: ·Schedule: One week per month, Clinic and call ·Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient ·Types of Cases:General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic ·Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days ·Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic ·Certifications Required: Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ·Licensure Required: Illinois license Facility Location Easy to access, Peoria’s metropolitan lifestyle gets together with stunning natural beauty.
