If you are a quality conscious, hard-working individual who desires a meaningful and unique opportunity to grow, apply with us today.Pay rate is $16/hour.Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)The purpose of the Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) is to answer customers' phone, mail, and email inquiries and process orders for product. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments with management approval. You must be able to provide customers with catalogs and information concerning products, prices, and shipping time. This person will act as an Internal Sales Representative by creating orders and attempting to sell additional merchandise to the customer.
