Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple sites within the district.
  
• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions.
  
• Increase sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
  
• Handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process bank deposits.
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility.
  
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stores.
  
• Run errands and travel to other store locations as needed.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• At least 2 years of customer-facing employment experience.
  
• Preferably 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  
• Strong computer skills.
  
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  
• High school diploma or GED; college education is a plus.

  Compensation
  Starting pay range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
