As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience. As the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Some of the General Manager expectations are: 1) Work 45 hours a week. 2) Hiring and development of your team 3) Maintain open communication with AGM and DM. 4) Lead your team by example.
