Job Description Job Description District Manager: Fast Casual Restaurants Total Compensation: 90K -100K Location: Central IL The Role You'll lead a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants across central IL, driving performance through strong unit-level operators and a culture of accountability. This is a hands-on, field-first role you're in restaurants, developing managers, and solving problems, not sitting behind a desk. What You'll Own - P&L performance across all units sales, labor, food cost, and EBITDA - Hiring, developing, and retaining General Managers and their teams - Executing brand standards, food safety compliance, and guest experience expectations - Partnering with GMs on scheduling, staffing plans, and local marketing execution - Identifying underperforming locations and building turnaround plans - Opening new units and supporting expansion in your market - Reporting results and presenting action plans to senior leadership What We're Looking For - 35 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience - Proven track record of developing people and improving unit-level metrics - Strong financial acumen you can read a P&L and act on it - Hands-on leadership style with high presence in the field - ServSafe certified or able to obtain - Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the district daily STS Company Description Superior Talent Source is a niche search agency specializing in executive placement nationwide with leading restaurants, hotels country clubs and resorts across the United States.
