Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging _.

Manage team of Field Support Representatives responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair services for Automated Production Line Machinery and related components.

*** Oversee effective after-sale service activities, daily operation of assigned region, and customer base satisfaction.

*** Establish mechanisms to review and improve Key Performance Indicators and monitor objectives and resources to ensure service and financial targets are met.

*** Train team on usage of technical tools and compliance procedures.

*** Provide additional escalation support to resolve key account issues.

*** Monitor service work at regional level to ensure timely completion and compliance with organizational and government regulations.

*** Support sales efforts to attain new business, including Service Contract conversions to improve revenue and profitability objectives.

*** Maintain company assets including tools, parts inventory, company vehicles, computers and accessories.
