Job Description:

Wilber is looking for an Applicant Relationship Coordinator to join our team. This team member will be responsible for managing the applicant experience from the moment a potential team member submits their application, until the team member's first day when they are handed off to our Training team.This individual will be responsible for regular communication with applicants, scheduling interviews with Supervisors and Managers, greeting and escorting interviewees while on campus, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all required processes are in order before new team members arrive for their first day. Responsibilities:

• You are the central point of contact for all individuals in the applicant pipeline, keeping in regular communication and providing prompt attention to questions and requests.
  • Connect with internal stakeholders to communicate praises and challenges.
  • Exemplify Wilber culture and communicate this well to candidates.
  • Be willing to create happiness and be courteous to our applicants, with good communication skills, a service mindset, and the ability to take the initiative to provide solutions.
  • Provide a seamless experience to applicants by utilizing our well-defined pipeline process to manage timeliness and clarity of communication, coordination with internal teams, and completion of required compliance steps.Education
    • High School diploma or GED requiredYou possess these skills:
      • Enjoys building relationships with people you have never met.
      • Strong organizational skills and Precise attention to detail
      • Outstanding written communication skills
      • Comfortable with computers and browser-based software
      • Must participate in Wilber sanctioned education
      • Can pass Basic Typing and cognitive assessments
