accepts all people.We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant for our
Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role you will document behavioral
health progress notes for supported individuals as outlined in the
treatment plan developed by the Qualified Mental Health
Professional (QMHP). This position is responsible for verifying and
inputting data to maintain up-to-date and accurate behavioral
health progress notes. You would report to the Senior Director of
Behavioral Health. If you thrive on digging into the details while

Full- and part-time options availableYour typical workweek will
allow some flexibility in work schedule, Monday thru Friday. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an
office setting for initial training then transition to remote (work
from home) scheduling as mutually agreed upon with supervisor. Data
Entry Assistant will be expected to come into the office
periodically for meetings, etc.Qualifications for this position
include:Must live within 50 miles of Normal, ILMinimum of a high
school diploma or equivalent and some knowledge of mental health
and/or clinical terminology strong preferred.Familiarity with basic
office equipment and processes.Possesses a high level of typing
speed and accuracy.Must be organized, with the ability to stay
focused on assigned tasks.Excellent knowledge of correct spelling,
grammar, and punctuation. Demonstrated ability to work within a
provider agency's structure and accept supervision; and ability to
work constructively with individuals receiving services, other
providers of service, and the community. Demonstrated knowledge of
Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and
Outlook.Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team
environment.Must be able communicate effectively, both verbally and
in writing.Valid Illinois driver's license with good driving
record.Current proof of automobile insurance.Physical
Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee
will have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer. The employee will also frequently need to converse with
adults - some who might be difficult to understand or use nonverbal
forms of communication. The employee is occasionally required to
stoop, bend, push, pull, reach, and walk for periods of time. Must
occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include both close and
