This position is for the fall semester with the possibility of extension based on operational needs.Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must have an overall GPA of at least 3.50.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in the English language and be able to convey that knowledge clearly via the spoken and written word.
  • The coach provides help tailored to each student's needs, so he/she must be friendly, have a desire to be helpful, and must be able to communicate effectively.
  • The coach needs to have completed at least two full semesters of MBA or TEC courses
  • Current MBA or TEC graduate studentsDesired Qualifications
    • Prior tutoring or teaching experience at the University level.
    • Graduate student in both MBA and TEC programs.

      Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.

      International students are restricted by their visa status to no more than 20 hours per week of on-campus employment when the university is in session but may work more when the university is not in session.
