Overview

Lighthouse Institute, a division of Chestnut Health Systems, is seeking a full-time Evidence-based Treatment (EBT) Coordinator for our research and training center dedicated to evaluating and disseminating evidence-based models for substance use disorder treatment and recovery monitoring and support. Position will be located at our Normal, IL facility.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all necessary services to implement an evidence-based treatment (EBT) technology transfer project (includes monitoring & coordinating training, consultation, and support services, and maintains ongoing contact with trainees).
Monitor the quality of every aspect of the certification process (including timeliness and quality of rating feedback).
Assist in the organization, preparation, and delivery of EBT training sessions.
Provide telephone and email support (answer questions, communicate information) to site therapists, supervisors, and contract staff using a customer service-oriented approach.
Assist project leaders in developing and testing new materials, support packages, and internal procedure manuals (e.g., training, clinical, implementation).
Assist project leaders with data collection, participant tracking, and interviewing consistent with training for various program evaluation and research projects.
Develop, maintain and keep up to date project databases, coordinate web applications, and prepare management and other reports on a scheduled and as needed basis.
Work with other EBT team members (staff and contractors) to provide quality, timely service to every customer. This duty involves regular and as needed communication for reminders, upcoming events, and compliance issues.
Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social science discipline with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple and diverse sets of projects; human service experience helpful.
Experience with MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint software necessary.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills required.
Ability to consistently maintain a positive, customer service orientation with both internal and external customers is required.
Willing to travel locally or occasionally to various locations in the United States required.
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
