Job Description:
Experience with IT / MES application Production support
- Has basic experience writing queries with MS SQL Server
- Investigate MES issues and provide resolution in terms of
configuration
- Create Bug tickets for Development team with detailed information
of issue
- Good communication skills (Role requires to communicate with
stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing / Process engineers), peer
teams during issue resolution
- Willing to work on Shop/Factory Floor, work in day or night shift
based on business requirement (might need to stand/walk, work close
to shop/factory equipment's during work hours)
