Summary: The Material Analyst (Program Lead) Will Have wide-ranging
experience, use professional concepts, and company objectives to
resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways report
directly to and work alongside the Material Planning Manager to
create comprehensive plans, including resources, timeframes, and
budgets for projects. Work on complex issues where analysis of
situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable
factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and
evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Network with key
contacts outside own area of expertise. Determine methods and
procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of
other personnel. Consistently work on complex assignments requiring
independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve
issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Act independently
to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often
function as a facilitator and may at times stand in as team leader.
Demonstrate, train and mentor others on the department specific
skill sets and job duties. Responsibilities: Facilitate design
meetings and propose improvements if necessary. Create, and inspect
new data in data tracking tool. Drive deliverables and performance
ensuring timely completion. Maintain and monitor production plans,
schedules, resources, budgets, and expenditures. Create dashboards
and data tracking tools. Facilitate, and document supplier meetings
and reports. Serve as liaison between suppliers, stakeholders,
internal and external teams. Facilitate meetings with suppliers,
stakeholders, and teams to identify, define requirements, data, and
objectives. Follow up on important action items and decisions from
meetings. Prepare necessary presentation materials for stakeholder
and Sr. management meetings. Provide administrative support as
needed. Undertake tasks as required. Perform technical analysis.
Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Create a supplier management calendar for fulfilling each goal and
objective. Drive the creation and revision of projects, SOPs, and
templates. Perform technical analysis. Document and communicate the
results of team efforts. Effectively communicate between
cross-functional teams and Sr. management. Produce useful reports
and distribute minutes to all project team members from meetings.
Work closely with clients, technicians, team members and managerial
staff. Ensure and Prioritize solutions meet business needs and
requirements. Perform acceptance and usage Follow-up with managers.
Mentor team members. Facilitate Training sessions for team members
and clients Qualifications: 2 years education or professional
certificate in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Project
Management, or another related field strongly preferred. Will
consider relevant work experience in lieu of some Education. 2+
years' experience with complex supply chain, Manufacturing,
technical, or prior OEM projects. Experience with Materials
Requirement Planning "MRP" Software such as SAP College degree or
"3" years equivalent experience Strong computer skills in Excel,
Word, Power point, and Outlook programs. Experience working with
PLM systems and their interface with MRP preferred. Experience
working with Manufacturing Execution Systems "MES" preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good verbal and
written communication skills. Strong team orientation and cross
functional attitude. Ability to create and present detailed and
summary reports. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to communicate in a high-pressure
