  -Job Title: Part Time Maintenance Team MemberPay is $19.00/HR ( Approx 8 hours per week - )This person must have the skills to work with sheet metal and garage style doors. For example, must be able to repair gutters made of sheet metal. Also must be able to adjust doors, change out doors to rooms with exhaust fans, testing operations of fire exit doors, along with basis handy man skills.Property Hours: -
  M-F 9:00am-6:00pm Sat 9:00am-1pm Closed Sun
  
  Job Duties Include:
  • Maintains security and assists with upkeep and curb-appeal of property
  • Must be handy with tools
  • Heavy custodial requirements for the outside property as well as inside the property (cleaning bathrooms, storage units, parking lot, etc.)
  • Maintains security and assists with upkeep and curb-appeal of property
  • Repair unit doors, springs, and latches
  • Minimum Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance repairs
