dealership is seeking a Sales Manager who takes pride in customer
service and getting customers into the right vehicle. Full time
with an opportunity for monthly bonuses. Excellent opportunity for
advancement as we promote from within. We offer competitive wages
of $50k - $70k a year with a monthly bonus plan ranging from 0 -
$2500, 401k, Health Ins. Vision Ins, Paid Vacations/Holidays, PTO.
Duties: -Build rapport with potential clients and help qualify them
for financing -Demonstrate the vehicle and how its features will
benefit the customer -Educate the customer on the importance of
timely payments while recommending appropriate solutions and
avoiding possible consequences -Work with customers/sales team to
resolve outstanding balances -Heavy phone work soliciting customers
Qualifications -Sales Manager must be self-motivated -Professional
appearance -Excellent persuasive ability to influence others
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with
others -Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability
to analyze information, evaluate results and develop solutions
-Integrity is of the utmost priority -Cash handling -Valid and
current driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving
record -High School Diploma/GED -Will be subject to drug testing,
drug free work environment -Preference will be given to applicants
with one-year tangible sales experience
