A Day In The Life Of A Bank Customer Service Rep

focused, and reliable Talent to join our Bank Customer Service
Team! Our Representatives provide direct live support to customers
and agents in an originations or servicing environment. You will be
responsible for fielding all inbound telephone, in language
service, and support requests from customers, agents, agent team
members, internal business partners, and third party callers with
future opportunities to compete for positions that handle specialty
and tax qualified products and live chat and e-mail. The ideal
candidate will enjoy a fast paced work environment while
maintaining flexibility, as assigned tasks may be ever changing. We
work in an open cubical space, using dual monitors while speaking
with multiple customers daily. If you enjoy providing a remarkable
customer experience in a structured, team environment, this is the
position for you! You are our virtual bank teller!
Office Location: State Farm Corporate South, P-Security Building,
2102 E. Hamilton Road, Bloomington, IL
We Are Looking for Candidates With
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to use multiple computer programs at one time while
assisting our customers
Strong Technical expertise with decision making & judgment
Propensity to remain positive and stay engaged about the work
Customer service experience preferred

What You Can Expect
Pay Rate: $16.25/Hour
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 6:00am-9:00pm (CST)
and Saturday/Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm (CST)
- Closed on Sundays in our Tempe, AZ location.
Anticipated Start Date: December 2nd, 2019
Training Details: 4-6 weeks of full-time training; M-F
Post Training: May be required to work overtime and may work a
non-traditional schedule including weekends, evenings, overnights,
Incumbency: Subject to a 12 month incumbency period in this role
before applying for other opportunities within the company.
