Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology Location: Peoria, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,758 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9H Days Hours per Shift: 9 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active Illinois license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: EKG interpretation required by RN; Experience with drip titration Description: Responsible for providing care in a busy Interventional Radiology setting. The unit has six labs for pre-op and phase two recovery. Average cases per day range from 20 to 30. Common patient diagnoses include GI bleed, strokes, biopsy, central lines, drains, and vascular issues. A Charge Nurse is available during each shift and does not take patients. Shifts are scheduled for four days per week, with hours between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Call requirements include both primary and secondary call shifts. All staff members must respond to call within 30 minutes. Surgical scrubs are provided, and specific departmental orientation is included. Patient-to-nurse ratios during procedures are 1:1, with a maximum of 1:4 in phase two recovery. No floating is required to different units.
