Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Valet is to provide guests with an
excellent experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and
assisted.
Work Performed:
The Valet will be tasked with the following duties,
responsibilities, and assignments:

- Assist guests with luggage;
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and
efficient manner;
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests ;
- R esolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate ) ;
- Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles,
front drive, and lobby;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures,
including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
to management; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary
purpose of the position.
